AIS STEEL GRATING / PLAT GRATING AIS dan KOMPONEN
A. Keselamatan Grating: ( papan) ( trotoar) ( tapak) ( anak tangga) harus memenuhi atau melampaui Standar Federal untuk Keamanan Grating, RR-G-1602D.
B. slip Tahan Grating: ( papan) ( trotoar) ( tapak) ( tangga anak tangga) harus dibangun dari satu lembar dengan saluran sisi dibentuk secara integral dan tekstur permukaan.
INSTALASI
A. Periksa daerah untuk menerima Grating untuk rintangan. Beritahu Engineer kondisi yang akan mempengaruhi instalasi atau pemanfaatan berikutnya dari daerah. Jangan lanjutkan dengan instalasi sampai kondisi tidak memuaskan diperbaiki.
B. Instal Grating menurut rekomendasi pabrik dan seperti yang ditunjukkan pada gambar konstruksi.
Bagian C. Postion Grating datar dan persegi dengan ujung bantalan minimal 1-1 / 2 " untuk mendukung struktur.
D. Jauhkan bagian setidaknya ¼ " jauh dari bagian baja vertikal dan ½ " dari dinding beton.
E. Biarkan clearance di sendi antara bagian dari maksimum ¼ " di saluran samping dan maksimum 3/ 8" di ujung.
F. Band acak dipotong ujungnya dan diagonal atau melingkar dipotong terkena tepi dengan minimal 1/ 8 " bar tebal dilas pada titik-titik kontak.
G. Bergabunglah berbatasan bagian jalan dengan produsen disediakan sambatan piring; dibaut atau dilas sebagaimana ditentukan.
